Elevating the Premium Experience and Reimagining Game-Day Service
When the owners of Scotiabank Arena – MLSE (Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership) – set out to elevate the fan experience, the mandate spans every touchpoint inside the venue.
When the owners of Scotiabank Arena set out to elevate the fan experience, the mandate spans every touchpoint inside the venue.
For Guide Woodworking Inc, projects like this are part of a growing portfolio across major sports and entertainment venues – where expectations are high, execution is unforgiving, and the work is seen over time by literally millions of people and has to endure at its best. We were proud to be called back to support multiple phases of this transformation.
Our team recently completed work on the new Loge Lounge and Bar, enhancements to premium suites on Levels 400 and 500, and the rollout of next-generation grab-and-go concession environments on Level 300 – each designed to elevate how fans experience the arena in different but equally important ways. The Loge Lounge introduces a new layer within the arena’s premium hospitality ecosystem – a refined, social destination that blends the intimacy of a private lounge with the energy of a live event. In parallel, the Level 300 express kiosks are built around a simple idea – serve fans faster so they can see more of the game – delivering speed and efficiency without compromising the experience.
Across both premium and high-volume environments, the challenge is the same: deliver millwork that balances refined design with extreme durability. Every detail must perform night after night in one of North America’s busiest venues, while aligning seamlessly with the broader architectural vision. This phase builds on our earlier work on the 100-Level concessions and reflects the continued evolution of the arena as one of the most sophisticated sports and entertainment destinations on the continent. Delivering inside a live venue comes with its own demands – tight construction windows, constant coordination, and zero disruption to a year-round schedule of games, concerts, and global events. This is where Craftsmanship at Scale is put to the test.
We’re grateful to the partners and teams who made this work possible, including PCL Construction, Daniel W., Ryan Tissera, Jacob Bardati, Design Agency (Jamie Phelan), BBB Architects (@Mava Bovan) and MLSE (Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership).
