Located in the heart of Toronto’s downtown, TD Terrace at 160 Front Street West stands as a symbol of modern architectural excellence. Guide Woodworking played a significant role in bringing this iconic glass tower to life, contributing 37 executive floors of meticulously crafted millwork, doors, and paneling.
Every detail in the woodwork was carefully designed to complement the building’s contemporary aesthetic, adding warmth and richness throughout the interiors. From early involvement in budgeting and value engineering to coordinating offsite storage, delivery, and installation, Guide’s expertise was integral to the seamless execution of the project. We also played a major role in the successful Design Assist component of the development, to help control costs and deadlines.
Our team collaborated closely with PCL, Cadillac Fairview, and TD, ensuring timely delivery and flawless installation across the 37 floors on which we worked. The scale of the project required precision and careful planning, reflecting our ability to take on complex, large-scale developments. TD Terrace is a defining example of Guide Woodworking’s “craftsmanship at scale” and ability to execute on high-profile projects.
This project showcases not only our technical expertise but also our commitment to quality at every level. Our millwork seamlessly integrates with the sleek, modern design, creating a sophisticated environment that aligns with TD Bank’s vision for their corporate spaces.
